Loved the place, had a very comfortable stay for 1 night. The staff were both accommodating and welcoming. Amazing and marvellous location near Ferreira de Castro Museum.

Recently refurbished place, rich breakfast, bright rooms. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, just a pleasant stroll away from News Museum.

Had fantastic stay for getting around Sintra and spending our time, the staff were awesome, location was marvellous and very close to all attractions. Also, we thoroughly enjoyed how stunning the location was. Besides, excellent for visiting Quinta da Regaleira Palace.

The suite was adequate, it had a mini fridge bar, central heating and an iron. The location was fantastic, at a walking distance from Vila Sassetti.

Possibly the best and fairly nice stay which impacts parking availability in the area.

I loved location and staff. The restaurant was nice which resulted in a beautiful meal here, I had hot dishes. Check-in was super. Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost.

Clean hotel, very comfy beds, delicious breakfasts and knowledgeable staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

From the very attentive staff to the unique rooms and to the fresh food, not to mention lovely view. Loved that it was 15 minutes' walk from the train station. Pool was amazing and beds were exceptionally comfortable. In addition, the parking was nearby.

we really enjoyed central location close enough to the castle, the village and many attractions and had a nice time. we could also visit quinta da regaleira palace.

We loved this fairly clean hotel with a friendly reception. The staff was POLITE, as well as hostess.

Staff were cheerful and breakfast was delightful! The staff did all they can for a memorable stay. Functional place with brilliant service too. Hotel was located in the centre of Sintra. I visited Irish bar and really enjoyed complementary drinks.

We had a just perfect experience here. Newly decorated, great boutique property. There were unique and elegant rooms with comfy beds. Generally everything was perfect, but the bathroom was very small.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were busy.

We needed a place for one night, everything was spotless. The breakfast was REALLY TASTY with real orange juice and fresh pancakes and homemade pastry.

Very enjoyable stay, we were there for 2 days. Staff was fabulous, pool area was very clean, and breakfast was hearty. Poolside bar was cosy and spotless.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful area. Reasonably clean hotel and luxurious rooms. Bed was spacious, and I loved reasonably spacious bathroom. Perfect service throughout the venue.

we had a great stay at this fantastic central hotel. exceptional place with beautiful staff. venue was fairly clean. functional bathroom was generous sized. all facilities were modern too.

Perfect location, quiet family king suite. Thanks again to manager, you rock! There were a wide array of cafes and restaurants to eat not far from the hotel.

Room met the criteria. This hotel is an interesting place for a vacation in Sintra.

Rotas e ruelas, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. Lagos is next to the property. Hotel is a lovely base for a vacation in Sintra. Location met expectation.

Couldn’t fault.
